Most athletes never reach the ceiling they were built for

Not because of talent. Because nobody around them runs the full system on the same calendar. Skills, strength, mind, nutrition, recovery, analytics, mentorship. 369 development does. One coach is not enough. The whole system or none of it.

Robert Mazin · The system that turns a plateau into the next contract

300+ athletes developed across 9 federations. Multi-sport mentorship since 2017.

Most young athletes are not prepared like professionals

Pros have a full system around them: skills coach, strength coach, sports psychologist, nutritionist, video analyst, recovery protocol, mindset work. Junior athletes get a season schedule, a club coach, and a hope.

That gap is invisible until the ceiling shows up. By then it is too late to back-fill the years of professional preparation pro athletes already had. Talent is not the bottleneck. The system around the talent is.

369 prepares our athletes like the pros they are trying to become. Dedicated coaches across every discipline. A real support system. Bespoke routines built to the sport, the age, and the stage. The extra mile, every week, on the calendar. Because no one else is going to do it for them.

The four reasons athletes plateau

3-4

different coaches piecing together training plans that contradict each other. No coordination, no shared notes, no compounding.

0

structured mental work. Every performance ceiling at the top of every sport is psychological, not physical. Most athletes never touch it.

~70%

of junior athletes operate on guesswork nutrition and recovery, plans copied from adult pros or skipped entirely. The body cannot adapt to a load it cannot recover from.

$0

spent on video and analytics. The athletes who go pro see themselves on tape every week. The ones who plateau guess.

369 development was built so families never have to wonder which gap closed the ceiling.

Who 369 develops

369 works with athletes at multiple stages. By age, by current level, by what is in front of them next. Different stage, same standard.

The questions families ask before committing to a development engagement

What does 369 development actually include?+

Mentorship sessions with Robert Mazin. Skills and strength coach coordination. Professional video coaching and technique breakdown. Sports psychology and mindset work. Nutrition, recovery, and return-to-play protocols. Full season analytics and review. Mid-season progress reports and path correction. Lifestyle and academic monitoring. The whole system runs on one calendar from one office.

Why do I need this if I already have a coach?+

Most athletes plateau because the work is fragmented across three or four people who never speak to each other. Skills coach in one gym, strength coach in another, mental sessions a tab open on a phone, nutrition figured out on Reddit. 369 development sits over the top of all of that. Your existing coaches stay; we coordinate them so the work compounds instead of cancelling itself out.

Does 369 run the physical training in-house?+

We coordinate with the skills, strength, and conditioning coaches your athlete already works with, and bring in our network where you do not have one. The 369 mentor is the constant. The specialists are best-in-class for the sport, position, and stage. We do not pretend to be every coach. We run the room they all report into.

How much time does mentorship with Robert involve?+

Direct mentor sessions are scheduled around key moments in the athlete’s calendar: pre-camp, mid-season, off-season planning, contract windows. Cadence is monthly at minimum for active management families, with on-call access when something real is on the table. Robert is not a generic life coach. The sessions are about the specific decisions in front of the athlete that week.

What ages does development cover?+

From ages 12 through professional contracts. The work shifts by stage: foundational pattern-building from 12 to 15, performance optimisation and recruiting prep from 15 to 17, pro readiness and transition from 17 onward. The system is the same; the load and the focus change.

Is mental work optional?+

No. Every active 369 athlete has a mindset and sports psychology component built into their development engagement. Performance ceilings at the top of every sport are mental, not physical. The athletes who go pro have done this work. We make sure ours have done it earlier.

How does development connect with representation?+

They are the same engagement. Representation gets the athlete into the right room. Development is what keeps them in it. Both run from the same office, the same principal, the same calendar. Families do not pay for them separately.
