Robert Mazin learned the realities of the global sports machine firsthand. Moving to the United States alone at fifteen to play hockey, he climbed to the professional ranks and saw exactly where the traditional agency model falls short. He witnessed an industry relying on volume-based databases, where reactive advisors treated families like numbers rather than people.
In 2017, he founded 369 Sports & Entertainment to offer a completely different path.
Built on a private management model, 369 provides the complete off-field infrastructure that ambitious, high-net-worth families are actively looking for. Today, Robert acts as the dedicated Chief of Staff for a select group of elite athletes - protecting their college pathways, building their personal brands, and developing their mindset.

01 How do you structure your management services?
We operate on a bespoke model. We do not publish a standard menu of services or packages because no two elite athletes require the same architecture. Following your Pathway Audit, Robert Mazin will prescribe the exact combination of overarching management, specialist access, and targeted services your family requires to execute your timeline.
02 What exactly happens during a Pathway Audit?
The audit is not a standard agency sales pitch. It is a rigorous evaluation of your athlete’s current infrastructure. We analyze their academic standing, media leverage, off-field discipline, and current recruiting roadblocks. If we determine your family is a fit for our ecosystem, we will reveal the specific management tiers and tools we can deploy to solve those bottlenecks.
03 What does Private Athlete Infrastructure actually include?
We act as your athlete’s Chief of Staff. Rather than just negotiating a contract, we manage the overarching off-field variables. Depending on your customized management plan, this can include NCAA pathway protection, media and PR manufacturing, NIL architecture, and direct access to our Specialist Syndicate of sports psychologists and performance coaches.
04 How is 369 different from traditional sports agencies?
Standard agencies operate as volume-based recruiting databases. They sign thousands of athletes for free, hoping one makes it. 369 is built differently. We maintain a strictly capped portfolio of athletes to ensure absolute quality control. Our engagements are founder-led. We do not rely on databases; we rely on targeted, direct relationships and deep structural management.
05 Who qualifies for the 369 Ecosystem (and who doesn’t)?
Our infrastructure is built exclusively for driven families who are already investing heavily in elite pathways (AAA, ECNL, EYBL, Prep School, or Junior leagues). We are not a fit for entry-level recreational players, or families looking for a quick "recruiting email blast." We partner with families who view their child’s athletic, academic, and mental development as a serious, long-term investment.
